**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments within Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of dispatch experience** (LTL preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **Quebec and Ontario lanes**:

- Excellent **communication skills** (verbal and written) French an asset
- **Detail-oriented** and able to work under pressure
- Proficient with **MS Office**:

- **Positive attitude** and team player
- Looking for a **long-term opportunity**

**Schedule: In Person**
Full-time, Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required)

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
