**THE POSITION**

TripSpark is seeking a Salesforce Certified professional with **excellent technical and communication skills** to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator & Analyst.

The Salesforce Administrator & Analyst will work directly with department leaders to identify business needs and will administer and structure the system to support each business unit.

The role will entail identifying requirements, owning our data processes, implementing new processes and workflows, creating dashboards and reports, maintaining data integrity controls, and completing general administrative tasks.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Interact with all internal department leads to identify business requirements and build out the required structure, workflows and processes to help drive decision making.
- Build out a robust reporting structure and dashboards that provide insight into marketing and sales activity and funnel visibility at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.
- 25-33% of the role is data analysis and business intelligence outside of Salesforce.
- Assist in compiling & analyzing campaign results.
- Manage tradeshow lead processes, list clean-ups, and uploads.
- Assist in managing the Salesforce and marketing database (Pardot).
- Provide CRM support and training for new employee onboarding and new processes for existing employees.
- Manage and improve current KPI, scorecard, and internal reporting related processes.
- Identify new technologies that can be integrated to support the long-term strategy of the business.
- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- College/university degree in a related field required.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required, and management experience is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce operations or administration experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and familiarity with custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems is an asset.
- Strong reporting & analytical background
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Experience developing lead processes & overseeing system migrations.
- Experience with marketing automation systems (particularly Pardot) is an asset.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude and sense of humor
