Admin CRM System role is to continually improve and enhance the platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. User experience is a key priority - the role will cover aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction at the core.

Position Summary

Essential Job
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for user and license management - new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions
- Responsible for CRM configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, validation rules, price books, pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, approval processes, fields, lightning page layouts and components, visual force, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, custom fields, dashboards and reports, Sandbox environment management
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Requirements gathering and translation into best practice scalable solutions with a focus on user experience
- Data management to improve CRM data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Including the use of CRM data loader to import data as required.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Responsible for Ongoing System Maintenance & Support, including (but not limited to):
- User support tickets (intake, prioritization, solutioning, and communicating resolution to end users)
- Monitor and improve user adoption; Identify unused or under-utilized platform features
- New user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation

- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (required): Associate's Degree Or equivalent experience
(preferred): Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Information Technology
5+ Years of experience in System Administrator experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- Experience with CPQ is required
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges preferred
- Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
- Experience working with Docusign, Conga and Tableau is an asset
- Experience working with SharePoint in an administrative capacity is an asset
- Experience working with Wrike is an asset
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in change management and governance
- Strong communication skills and experience with training end users and key stakeholders
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements. Ability to effectively translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience designing scalable, best practice solutions
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, validation rules, price books, pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, approval processes, fields, lightning page layouts and components, visual force, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, custom fields, dashboards and reports
