We are looking for a Business Development Representative for our group at CPROMO Technology Inc., a local tech company supplying compostable bag dispensers to help businesses reach net carbon emissions, a subsidiary of CPM Group Holdings Inc.

This position is responsible for expanding our compostable bag dispenser to achieve specific team and individual sales and profit goals set by the company. The individual doesn’t just embrace the latest technology and content—it's part of who we are.

You need to be outgoing and approachable to share your knowledge and experience with others. You understand that our customers rely on technology to enhance and simplify their lives and are equipped to help our customers with the latest technology products.

Role Responsibilities:

- Promote compostable bag dispenser in Saskatoon.
- Explain product detail and benefits to prospects.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations for clients.
- Build strong rapport with clients.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process by company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:

- Knowledge of how to develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity.
- Demonstrate skills in consultative selling, networking, and negotiations.
- Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to approach, greet, and assist new and existing clients.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a vehicle is required
- Previous Sales Experience will be an asset.
