As a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner, you will consult with leaders to develop and implement business-focused outcomes, HR plans, strategies and actions that are aligned with business plans to support service delivery to Calgarians. You will build inclusive partnerships with client groups, focus on people, priorities and shaping the employee experience.

Flexibility and adaptability are required as priorities shift, new issues emerge, and deadlines change. What remains constant is your strategic, consultative style and the comprehensive partnerships you have formed with client groups.
- Consult with clients on HR strategies aligned with business goals, fostering inclusive partnerships and enhancing the employee experience.
- Lead and/or participate in workplace investigations and restorations including workplace assessments, conflict coaching, alternative dispute resolution and recommendations.
- Continue to implement HR best practice and priorities while advancing corporate HR priorities through strategic planning and emerging opportunities.
- Act as a change agent, enabling effective change leadership within your client group.
- Coach leaders to inspire performance and encourage behaviours aligned with a positive corporate culture and increased people management accountability.
- Maximize workforce planning with a focus on ensuring cost effective and efficient service.
- Advocate and influence the advancement of employee equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

**Qualifications**
- A degree and at least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a large, complex organization.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of a personal vehicle for work, or reliable transportation to access remote work sites is required.
- A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation will be considered an asset.
- Previous demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering and influencing business leaders at all levels of the organization. You demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, adaptability and resiliency in ambiguous, unstructured, and complex scenarios. Your approach is consultative, strategic, and collaborative.

Compensation: Level P3 $102,900 - 128,600 per annum
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week earning 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
