ERT Cosmetic Clinic is a **luxury medical-aesthetic brand** offering advanced anti-aging treatments and premium skincare solutions. With locations in **Richmond and Mississauga**, we pride ourselves on delivering **refined, technology-driven beauty results** using the world’s top skincare brands such as **Valmont, Swiss Perfection, and SkinCeuticals**.

We are seeking a **Part-Time Technical & Local SEO Expert & Website Builder** to enhance our digital visibility, optimize our search performance, and maintain our clinic’s websites to reflect our premium brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive **Technical SEO audits** and implement site improvements (speed, structure, indexing, schema, etc.)
- Optimize **Google Business Profile (GBP)** and manage **local SEO** to strengthen our ranking in Richmond and Mississauga markets
- Maintain and update our **clinic websites** (WordPress, Wix, or other platforms) — ensuring consistent branding, smooth functionality, and improved user experience
- Perform **on-page SEO**: keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and blog optimization
- Handle **Google Ads**, **Google Analytics**, and **Search Console** tracking and reporting
- Suggest and execute strategies to increase organic traffic and qualified leads
- Coordinate with management and marketing teams to align all digital activities with business goals

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** in Technical SEO and Local SEO
- Skilled in **website building and optimization** (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms)
- Strong knowledge of **Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools** (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement fixes independently
- Experience in **UX design**, **conversion optimization**, or **landing page creation** is an asset
- Familiarity with the **beauty, aesthetic, or healthcare industry** is preferred

**Schedule**:

- **Part-Time**: 10-15 hours per week
- Flexible hours, **remote or hybrid** options available

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and skillset
