**Responsibilities**:

- Complete home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects to high-quality standards
- Provide accurate quotes and timelines to customers through our platform
- Purchase or coordinate materials needed for projects
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after projects
- Document work with photos and completion notes when required
- Manage your own schedule and project load
- Maintain appropriate licensing and insurance requirements where required

**How Our Platform Works**:

- Customers submit service requests through our platform
- You receive notifications for projects matching your expertise
- You provide quotes based on your assessment
- When selected, you complete the work according to your schedule
- Receive weekly payments for completed projects

**Services Our Customers Request**:

- Electrical work (from basic fixture installation to more complex wiring projects)
- Plumbing (fixture installations, repairs, and system upgrades)

- Earn 60% of the total labor cost of each project (around double the industry average of 25-30%)
- Averaged hourly earnings of $40-80 per hour depending on your skillset/experience
- Material costs are passed through to the customer directly - either purchase materials and receive full reimbursement or customers will provide materials
- Example: For a project with $600 in labor and $400 in materials, you earn $360 plus full reimbursement of the $400 in materials
- No platform fees or membership costs
- Weekly payment schedule for all completed work
