Our collective companies have been active members of many communities in Ontario for over 145 years. Through our fleet of trucks based in Waterloo Region, Woodstock and Stoney Creek, we supply ready-mix concrete, commercial fuel, and commercial lubricants across southern Ontario.

We are currently recruiting for a _**Customer Service Administrator**_ in our commercial fuel division. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Petroleum Products, the Customer Service Administrator will play a leading role in providing our customers with the best customer service in the petroleum industry You will be a service-focused, hands-on individual, who will be continuously looking for ways to add value to our customers and to our organization.

You will be responsible for:

- Responding to customer operational inquiries promptly and professionally
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Providing customers with requested paperwork, such as BOL’s and delivery tickets
- Generating customer usage reports, as required
- Providing maintenance tracking for company-owned assets, such as loaned fuel tanks
- Coordinating the set-up, delivery, and pick up of customer-loaned fuel tanks
- Receiving fuel delivery orders from customers and facilitating their delivery requirements
- Accurately entering orders into our delivery software system
- Contacting customers to reschedule deliveries and/or communicate delivery delays, if required
- Reviewing and correcting each days’ deliveries to ensure invoice accuracy
- Gathering daily fuel tank inventory levels from cardlock and bulk storage locations and coordinating/ordering inbound fuel deliveries
- Processing and reconciling month-end fuel inventory
- Reviewing and filing weekly maintenance paperwork
- Qualifying prospective fuel customers and directing them to the proper outside sales representative
- Minimum of Grade 12, with a post-secondary education in a business-related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-service administration role, ideally within the logistics/transportation/distribution industry
- Exceptional inter-personal, organizational, and time management skills
- Above-average computer acumen and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, with the ability to accurately enter and manipulate data into pivot-tables and customer reports
- Strong data-entry skills, requiring accuracy and attention to detail
- Superior telephone manners and etiquette
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- An internal drive to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to quickly analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service administration: 3 years (required)
