**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet clients and create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage salon bookings efficiently
- Provide detailed information about salon services and special promotions
- Handle payment transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments
- Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and organized
- Assist stylists and other staff with administrative tasks and client communications
- Ensure clients are comfortable, informed, and aware of their wait times
- Uphold the salon’s high standards of customer service and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer knowledge for scheduling appointments
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Looking for a long-term role
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Must be available Saturday's.
