**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Excellent sales, verbal and written communication, customer service and computer skills are mandatory.**

Goal-oriented with a **strong ability** to achieve fitness memberships and retail sales.

Ability to easily learn and use the studio software system.

Must have **proficient**computer skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Execute sales process and maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider and confidently present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Develop a solid understanding of: Pilates and the many benefits it provides, membership package options and Private Training options.
- Become proficient at utilizing studio software.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club Pilates Red Deer Studio, including equipment, washrooms and floor.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
