**Job Overview**

**Job Duties**
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and markets.**
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies for account growth.
- **Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.**:

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- **Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, sales progress, and client interactions.**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns.
- **Prepare regular reports on account performance, market analysis, and sales activities.Qualifications**
- Must have experience in the staffing industry.
- **Proven experience in account management or a related field.**
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
- **Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.**:

- Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing client relationships.
- **Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.**:

- Exceptional analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- **Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.**:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
