**- Requirements**:

- Must own a valid driver’s license
- Prior driving experience is preferred
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**- Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Scheduling and attending coordination (showings, inspections, property presentations, etc.)
- Property management support (scheduling, tenant coordination, documentation, compliance)
- Real estate administration support (documents, file organization, data entry)
- Maintaining all listing and property files, updating client/tenant databases, sustaining file systems in place
- Supporting open houses and showings when required

**- Qualifications and Fit**:

- Minimum 1-2year of experience in administration, real estate assistance, or property management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, file organization, etc.)
- Must be presentable and professional in client-facing situations
