**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily dining room operations to ensure smooth service.
- Train, mentor, and manage dining room staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Implement and uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including POS system management.
- Assist in planning special events or promotions within the dining area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the food service or restaurant industry, preferably in a management role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

This position is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience while ensuring efficient operations within the dining room.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
