- Strong observational / situational awareness skills
- Customer service oriented with emphasis on greeting customers entering store.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good sense of emotional intelligence
- Must demonstrate exception conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to demonstrate and understand de-escalation and emergency management techniques
- Analytical thinking/ability to comprehend basic counting of product i.e. inventory counts
- Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and adapt to changing environments
- Must have a strong multi-tasking ability
- Observation skills and memory retention. Ability to remember multiple items selected, etc.
- Previous experience in client relationship i.e. with Store Managers, Supervisors, sales staff etc.
- Ability to write out witness statement in chronological order
- Ability to work independently
- Must exude a high level of professionalism and rapport always
- Good command of the English language - Speak, read, write
- Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Experience in note taking and incident report writing.

**Mandatory Licenses/ Certification & Requirements**:

- Must have a Minimum of **2-3** **years Dispatch** experience in retail security, bank security, alarm response, vagrant removal or equivalent
- **Access to reliable transportation to get to and from changing job site locations**

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
