Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers/vendors to ensure favorable pricing and service level agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices
- Monitor supplier/vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier/vendor information
- Utilize internal systems to manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers/vendors and assess their capabilities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and Quickbooks
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers/vendors
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Salary**: $44,291.56-$86,262.73 per year
