IT Support & Tech Analyst

**Responsibilities**

  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems with software (primarily MS based), hardware, and peripherals
  • Install, upgrade, and configure PC hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and support WAN and LAN network issues
  • Monitor and track support tickets using helpdesk tools
  • Document and maintain software and hardware IT assets
  • Data entry of system database control elements. Other data entry as required
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, hardware, and software
  • Source hardware/software requirements and recommend purchases
  • Maintain confidentiality of internal and external business data
  • Follow all Health & Safety protocols
  • Demonstrate and uphold our company values and culture
  • All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Core Competencies**

  • College or university degree/diploma in IT or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role
  • A+ Certification
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and the MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with security best practices and troubleshooting security-related issues
  • Experience with IMBi (AS/400) or server environments is considered an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**:Permanent, Full-Time.

**Schedule**:Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet business needs.
