- Description:
The **Hospitality Lead** position is vital to achieving excellent guest service. If you have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, and a warm & charismatic personality, we would love to see you as the host and face of Gardens.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation, portioning and serving of food to meet quality and presentation standards
- Huddles the team and ensures service is on time and executes Gardens Checklist for every seating of every service on shift
- Ensures all food and services adhere to strict quality control measures to meet or exceed resident expectations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and residents, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
- Engage with residents daily to gather feedback, address concerns and resolve issues in real time. Communicate gaps or issues clearly and proactively
- Enforce food, health and safety regulations consistently. Ensuring safe food handling practices at all times
- Act as a conduit between Gardens and Culinary Operations for seamless service
- Identify and implement innovations that enhance the service experience
- Manage schedules, cleaning routines, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct monthly Food Safety Audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Ensure a variety of snacks are always available and presented attractively for residents

**Qualifications**:

- 1-year supervisory experience
- Excellent Guest Service Skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Enjoys working in a lively environment
- Well-groomed and professional attire (follow Aramark standards for uniform and grooming)

**Education**:
