Job Position: Clinical Associate
**Job Type**: Part-Time (20-40 hours/biweekly)
Availability: Afternoons/Evenings, 2 Weekends per month (Saturday/Sunday)
**Salary**: $17.00/hour
Reporting directly to the Manager and Clinical Director, the incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following:
Primary
- Clinic technician - perform assessments on patients prior to them seeing the Physician
- Assist Physician treatments - scrub-in/out to assist Physician while he performs treatments
- Educate and and encourage patients to proceed with treatments and products recommended for them
- Greeting clients and maintaining lounge area
- General upkeep of office and kitchen
- Must be able to work 12+ hour shifts as needed
Secondary
- General Office Duties - Invoicing/receiving payments, filing/management of patient charts, scheduling appointments, answering and returning calls, perform retention calls as needed, stock up
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or a customer service based industry
- Excellent customer service, verbal and communication skills
- Proven applied multitasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, follow direction, and to work independently
Contract length: 3 months
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
