ARCA Canada is seeking an experienced Part Time **Customer Service Admin Clerks** to join our team in Dartmouth. The **Customer Service Admin Clerk** provides inbound and outbound calling services to create or service existing appliance recycling orders. Maintains a strong emphasis on providing a positive first impression with 100% accuracy level.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Demonstrates ability to communicate with customers in a clear, pleasant and professional manner over the phone to complete orders.
- Takes ownership of program knowledge and is able to provide customers with accurate information about client programs.
- Able to follow procedures to verify customer eligibility for client program participation.
- Collect customer information with 100% accuracy and correctly complete order processing fields with our order system.
- Maintain sensitivity to customer needs and recognize when to turn over a difficult call to the Center Manager.
- Sustain positive working relationships with management and employees, while displaying a team attitude.
**Essential Skills and Experience **
- Strong customer orientation. Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy. Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers
- Consistent, punctual and regular attendance is essential due to center staffing needs.
- Must have above average computer skills.
- Six months or more providing exceptional and dependable service in a call center environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
