OM Financial Inc. is looking for a motivated **Life** **Insurance Advisor** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recommend suitable Life insurance products and investments and explain coverage options.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide regular policy reviews.
- exceed or meet sales and service performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in insurance sales, financial advising, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- **Valid LLQP Life Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-driven.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $34,400.00-$185,000.00 per year
