**Life Insurance Sales Advisor - Desjardins Agent Team Member**

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Type: Full Time in Office (not Hybrid)

**Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses**
- Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) is a must

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients
- Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Sales experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
