**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead age-appropriate sport sessions with enthusiasm and positivity to all Junior Athletes.
- Follow weekly Junior Athletes' curriculum and adapt activities to ensure all children are engaged.
- Supervise participants closely and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
- Represent the RA Centre professionally and follow uniform/dress code standards.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and attend mandatory training/meetings.
- Communicate respectfully with children, families, and teammates.
- Set up and clean up equipment before and after sessions.

**Schedule**
- Starts September 14th, 2025
- 3 to 3.5 hours on Saturdays: _Basketball & Multisport programs_
- Optional: 2.5 to 3.5 hours on Monday & Tuesday evenings: _Pickleball, Volleyball, Ball Hockey, & Baseball programs_
- Optional: 3.5 hours on Saturday Nights: _Events_

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children (coaching, camps, recreation, or related).
- Positive, energetic, and dependable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to child safety, inclusivity, and program values.
