**What you will accomplish**:

- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW and the brands we represent
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics
- Offer a best-in-class customer experience
- Participate in documented coaching conversations
- Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
- Complete all required training modules and tasks
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
- Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
- Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
- Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
- Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
- Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language proficiency an asset

- Part time hours (12-25hrs/week)

**Physical Job Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
