**Instructor, Theory, Health Care Aide (Term Full-Time)** Nursing Affiliated Programs - **POSITION TYPE**: Full-Time, Term Position Available (anticipated August 18, 2025 up to February 20, 2026) - **SALARY**: $63,375 - $96,946 per annum* **POSITION LOCATION**:Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB) - **DUTIES** - **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); a combination of Health Care Aide and equivalent work experience may be considered - Several years of recent and relevant clinical experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use conflict resolution techniques to facilitate positive outcomes - Demonstrated leadership skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to teach on campus and remotely - Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently as well as in small to large group settings - Ability to carry out formative and summative assessments - Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement **ASSET QUALIFICATIONS** - Experience developing curriculum and instructing at a post-secondary level - Certificate in Teaching for Learning or Adult Education - Experience developing and instructing distance-delivered courses including online - Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver blended (synchronous and asynchronous) instruction - Bachelor of Nursing (BN) degree - Valid and current CPR certificate **CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT** - Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada - This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends - This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months - Instructors are required to complete the Teaching for Learning (TFL) in Applied Education program or have previously completed the Certificate in Adult Education (CAE) - May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses - Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check, including a Vulnerable Persons Sector Check - Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check - Incumbent must be physically capable of performing the Duties and Responsibilities of the position.
