**Job Title**: Fleet Supervisor

**Work Location**: Richmond, BC

**Compensation Range**: $65,000-$73,000 per annum.

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 6:30pm - Hours may vary to meet operational needs during peak seasons and/or to cover vacations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee the daily activities of drivers
- Schedule and assign tasks to drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and available for use at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective transportation operations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on fleet performance, including fuel usage, maintenance expenses, and other key metrics

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and other relevant tools
