**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform water damage mitigation, including **water extraction using truck-mounted and portable systems**, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning, deodorization, and materials removal.
- Assist in mold remediation in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Utilize **truck-mounted carpet cleaning systems** and **Sani-Tech or similar sanitation equipment** for deep cleaning, disinfection, and moisture control.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to assess damage and carry out restoration plans.
- Maintain accurate job records, including moisture logs, equipment tracking, and progress updates.
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and in compliance with company and WorkSafeBC safety standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, janitorial sanitation, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with **truck-mounted systems** and/or experience operating **Sani-Tech or related sanitation equipment** is a strong asset.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
- Must complete and submit a timecard daily.
- Previous emergency restoration experience is an asset but not required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training_

**Eligibility**

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
