We specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services; mould inspection and removal as well as damage restoration and disaster recovery. As general contractors, we also specialize in construction, renovation, demolition and other services.

**The Position**:Restoration Technician - **WINMAR® Property Restoration is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. This position is full time, and offers a competitive wage based on experience and expertise. The role will be primarily responsible for water extraction and for the cleanup phase of residential and commercial properties that have experienced a loss. Duties include but not limited to:

- Water Extraction
- Set up & monitoring drying equipment
- Performing demolitions & light construction tasks
- Cleaning up debris - removal of drywall, cabinetry and flooring
- Setting up containment and decontaminating
- Upholding all company policies and procedures; including OH & S
- Confidence in leading other technicians and labourers
- Punctual and Reliable

**Are you “The Right Person”? **A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Fire & Flood Technician: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
