Langford, Canada Ocean's commercial floor cleaning Full time

**Floor maintenance of one store in Langford**

**Tasks**:

- Floor sweeping, floor mopping, floor polishing, bathrooms cleaning.

**Schedule**:
After hours cleaning: Store closes at Midnight. The work must be done before their opening hour. Twice/week maintenance: Night of Monday to tuesday and Night of Thursday to friday. 4h of work per maintenance. Total of 8h/week.

**Must have**:

- Car
- Cell phone
- Good physical health
- Clean criminal records
- References

**Other**:
You will need to carry with you a commercial 20 pounds propane tank (provided) needed to run a floor polisher, as it's the only thing we cannot leave on site. The rest of the equipment stays on site. The tank needs to be stored securely outside at your place. And when it needs to be refill, you can either switch it with another full tank at our location or fill it yourself and we'll pay you back the bill.

**Interview**:
We will held every interview by videoconference using zoom or another similar program.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
