**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies effectively to maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain and operate power tools and hand tools safely for various cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or needs within the facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all occupants.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical activities associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members positively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
