**This position reports to**:
Purchasing and Materials Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Improved purchasing, Kanban management and logistics processes. - Participate in and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. - Implement work instructions for materials management (purchasing, logistics, inventory and warehousing). - Assist the materials management team in daily tasks. - Develop and support tools, databases and Excel files.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply management, administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated autonomy and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is essential. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
