**Summary**

Reporting to the Sr. Director PMO & Supply Chain, the Life Cycle Material Manager - Contractor Support Person (LCMM-CSP) is a key member of the Project Management Team, dedicated to the HQSS ISS Contract. The LCMM-CSP will be embedded within National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ), Director Combat Support Equipment Management (DCSEM) to provide support services to the DND Equipment Management Team (EMT).

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support services with regard to maintenance, training, supply, and technical investigations;
- Support Engineering during the testing, prototyping and production phases, witnessing tests, reviewing technical documentation and providing reports related to TIES Tasking as required;
- Support the ILS team with document inputs, document reviews and feedback as required;
- Support the PMO team participating in customer and internal meetings as required;
- Input any information required by DRMIS, including but not limited to, responses to problem reports, providing feedback to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) units, and keeping DRMIS current for the areas of his responsibility.
- Create approved Contractor’s work orders, cross reference the work orders in DRMIS, and monitor the Work orders to ensure completion and closure in DRMIS.
- Forward authorized supply demands submitted through DRMIS (or by other means) for parts needed for first and second level maintenance to Weatherahaven’s product support, and track the actions. Record the actions in DRMIS, if needed;
- Answer queries from DND/CAF. Provide a response within one Working day of contact being initiated, or if the query is urgent, within one (1) hour. The response shall either: resolve a lack of understanding; meet a need for information; address a problem or issue - or if that is not possible, describe an approach to be taken to meet the CAF needs in a timely manner; and
- Provide to the Technical Authority a month-end report summarizing the tasks performed during each month stating actions, decisions and status.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years as a Life Cycle Material Manager for military equipment.
- Able to perform duties in both official languages (English and French)
- Holds valid security clearance at the level of SECRET
- Completed LCMM DRMIS training
