**About the Opportunity**
The Conveyance Team Lead works to administer real estate transactions for the rennie consumer services team. The Team Lead is responsible for the contract administration of real estate transactions from sale to completion. We’re seeking an experienced conveyancer who thrives on guiding and supporting a team. In this role, you will lead the RCS conveyance team with day-to-day activities, focusing on team training, problem solving, and planning.
**Duties and Responsibilities**- Supports the team with day-to-day conveyance activities and inquiries, file allocation and file progress review.- Conducts weekly meetings to problem solve, share priorities, supports RCS conveyance team for answering questions, training of Conveyancers and troubleshooting.- Performs all conveyance duties.- Provides guidance and support to advisors including: onboarding; ensuring realtors are following office procedures; managing checklist items and trade related issues are complete; troubleshooting and managing inquiries advisors to support transactional questions (expenses, commissions, etc);providing status reports regarding sales transactions, commissions and expenses and general inquiries.- Ensures conveyance of all transactions (e.g. liaise with lawyers, notaries, and cooperating brokerage, confirms commission, sends excess deposit, provides registration numbers to advisors)- Handles deposits, ensuring they are received in the trust account on time and recorded.- Receives commissions in appropriate accounts and administers commission payouts (paying advisors, paying referral fees and allocating office splits)- Runs biweekly reports for the incentive program, and upcoming completions- Collaborate with Finance to follow up on advisor expenses- Post monthly billing for realtors MLS related expenses- Ensures that our system is up to date with transactions, closings and invoicing for commissions, etc. to ensure line of sight to completions and terms of the contract.- Assists with implementing new initiatives by working closely with the Managing Broker- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership
**Education and Experience**- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a Conveyance role.- An undergraduate degree from a college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Experience using LoneWolf, Paragon, Transaction Desk, and Paragon is considered an asset.
