**Position Summary**:
The primary purpose of this position is to identify and secure business consistent with customer needs, driver needs, and corporate marketing strategy and budgets. This role emphasizes the successful establishment of new accounts and a commitment to assist customers in meeting business objectives. The Manager of Partnerships develops long-term working relationships with customers to serve as a key liaison between the customer, customer service, and operations. Additionally, they will consult the customer to identify customer needs and how we can meet those needs, therefore improving and promoting customer loyalty.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Maintain existing client accounts by building strong and long-lasting relationships which seeks to understand their needs.
- Achieve and secure growth and hit sales targets in a timely, organized fashion.
- Monitor customer accounts in order to keep them informed of any potential issues
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the V.P. of Sales when required.
- Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, customer service, and operations in order to ensure expectations are being met and special instructions recognized.
- Maintain a close relationship with the Credit department in order to ensure that our accounts are current.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Be aware and keep on top of any changes that may occur with existing customers and ensure that we are doing everything possible to secure their business.
**Position Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field: MBA would be a strong asset
- Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to Travel
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to be self-managed and able to perform job requirements with a mínimal amount of supervision
- Possess a high level of energy, initiative, and integrity
