Position: Customer Service Agent

Location: Bernie Auto Centre, 1865 32e Ave, Lachine QC, H8T 3J1

**Salary**: $18 - $20/hour + signing bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

**Qualifications**:

- Fluently bilingual (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Experience in automotive industry not required
- Experience in customer service
- Answer phone calls
- Take care of customers’ questions and concerns
- Make appointments
- Collect payments from customers
- Assist management with administrative tasks

Horaire: Lundi à Vendredi, 7:30h-16:00h

**Exigences du poste**:

- Parfaitement bilingue (parlé et écrit)
- Connaissances informatiques de base (MS Office)
- Expérience dans l'industrie automobile non requis
- Expérience en service à la clientèle

**Description du poste**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques
- Prendre soin des questions et des préoccupations des clients
- Prendre les rendez-vous
- Percevoir les paiements des clients
- Assister la direction dans les tâches administratives
