In a nutshell, we are supporting governments to digitize their workflows so they are internally more efficient while managing permit requests, and externally resolving citizen' issues transparently and effectively.

**What will you work on?**:
Reporting to the Director of People & Talent, as the Manager of People Operations at Clariti, you will own the People Operations function and spend your days improving and building on the foundational processes of a world-class HR organization in a high-growth environment. This includes developing and executing on new processes/programs/policies as well as auditing existing infrastructure for improvement.
As Manager of People Operations** **at Clariti, you'll spend your time:
- Managing a People Operations Coordinator and supporting their career growth and development
- Developing, implementing, and enhancing employee experience programs to foster an engaged and high performing team (Surveys, Socials, Individual Growth Plans, etc)
- Integrating equity, diversity, and inclusion in all of our programs and processes
- Auditing existing policies and developing new ones that enhance the employee experience while driving business priorities
- Managing large projects across the organization with mínimal oversight while keeping all stakeholders aligned (Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Absence Planning, etc)
- Contributing to strategic People decisions and exploring new programs and processes that will continue to level up Clariti's focus on engagement and experience
- Serving as the main point of contact for all employee HR questions and concerns
- Overseeing general HR administration and delivery, ensuring documentation and contracts stay compliant and up to date
- Overseeing management of our HRIS (Rippling), ensuring in-depth knowledge of all functions of the system
- Preparing reports for the Director of People & Talent to inform data driven decision making using both quantitative and qualitative data
- Remotely managing Clariti's Vancouver Footprint (satellite office space to support team members who would prefer to work on site or collaborate in person)
- Guiding people managers on navigating various complex employee relations challenges
- Owning the onboarding and offboarding process, with support from the People Operations coordinator to execute on it for each new hire and transition
**What you bring to the team?**:
- Experience building people programs end to end from ideation to project planning, rollout, communication, and execution
- Passion for employee experience with a mindful human approach to program and policy development and execution
- Openness to new ideas and creativity with a desire to experiment and try new ways of doing things
- Familiarity with key people metrics (ie. eNPS, Attrition) and experience leveraging this information in decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with experience crafting internal communications on behalf of a People Team or Executives
- Comfort with ambiguity and process gaps with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects in a fast moving environment
- Strong organization skills and project planning/management abilities
- Comfortable and eager to learn new technology and tools with a desire to find opportunities to automate and improve process with technology where possible
- Feedback oriented with a desire to solicit it in your work for improvement and buy-in as well as the ability to give feedback to others
