Junior Service Advisor

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with checking in customers
- Act as liaison between our service department and customers.
- Assist with ensuring units undergo a quality inspection in preparation for customer pickups.
- Assist with customer pickups.
- Communicate and build relationships with not only customers but manufacturers alike.
- Support with basic warranty duties such as submitting pre-authorizations, etc.
- Other duties may be added as the advisor's skill level is assessed.

- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, work in a busy environment and follow-up on daily tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $37,500.00 per year
