**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
- Create repair orders with detailed descriptions of problems and repairs required indicating all customer concerns and comments
- Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs
- Consult with mechanics, technicians and carpenters regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to repairs.
- Provide warranty information to customers, and review repairs with customers
- Maintain regular communication with customer to ensure they are up to date with necessary information.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working as an advisor in the automotive or RV industry.
- Superior customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- Ability to plan, organize, work in a busy environment and follow-up on daily tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

**Hours of work**:

- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5pm
- Rotation of Saturdays - 8:00am - 5pm.
