Nature's Touch has an exciting opportunity in our Quality Assurance Team

**Job Responsibility**:

- Perform on-line checking to ensure all finished goods compliance to Food Safety program (SQF), regulatory requirements and customer specification
- Verify all the finished goods coding is correct at shift start and change over
- Evaluation of blend products ingredient verification
- Finished goods quality evaluation, collect retention samples, weight verification and coordinate quality control with production team
- Coordinate with repacking team with the correct information provided to ensure the line is running efficiently
- Ensure all the production records are completed on paperless software and hard copies
- Conduct operational checks on daily basis to monitor GMP on site to ensure product food safety
- Perform pre-operational check and environmental swabbing as required
- Perform risk assessment to address production issues from Quality control standpoint and take immediate corrective action
- Follow up with other departments on non-conformance, corrective and preventative actions, and validation activities to ensure completion in a timely manner
- Follow Hold and Release Policy for any non-conformity
- Assist with customer complaints
- Assist new products launch requirements
- Manage purchased IQF Ingredients quality analysis and allocation
- Coordinate between suppliers, Inbound logistics, CCS and QA sampler to ensure sampling activities conducted on time and meet Nature’s Touch sampling program requirement
- Perform quality testing of food products such as physical analysis, pH and Brix
- Document and record results as instructed
- Verify Case Dumping records and keep track of any quality defects at dumping step
- Perform GMP inspections in the production room and deal with Food Safety Non-Conformance on the line
- May be required to lift up to 30 lbs (15kg)
- Other duties as signed by QA manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
