Crew Member

**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and safe dining experience for our guests. This position requires individuals who are passionate about the food industry and committed to delivering high-quality service.

**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist with food handling and serving, ensuring that all items are presented correctly.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$25.80 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
