**About the opportunity**
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and as champion of payroll, this position is responsible to:
- process new employees in the system, including onboarding, terminations, leaves
- process and administer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll, using Payworks
- perform bi-weekly auditing of payroll inputting reports and registers to ensure accuracy
- prepare Records of Employment
- monitor electronic time sheets and requests for leave to ensure that payroll is accurately processed
- perform year-end tasks, as needed
**About you.**
- at least three (3) years experience payroll processing, preferably in a dealership environment
- previous experience using Payworks, considered an asset
- University Degree/College Diploma in a related field
- comprehensive knowledge of the Federal and Provincial Tax Regulations.
- comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act.
- working experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- the ability to work within strict deadlines

- the ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
