**About Us**:

Based in Calgary, we manage the entire development process - from identifying and acquiring prime land, to thoughtful planning and design, through to construction and strategic project exits.

We are seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to support our growth and planning efforts at Circle YYC. In this role, you will analyze business performance, research opportunities, and provide insights that guide decision-making. We’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn data into clear and actionable strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Developing and refining business strategies aligned with Circle YYC Corp.’s objectives
- Conducting market research and analysis to support strategic planning
- Identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Ensure data is managed in an organized and accessible way
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Providing regular reports and presentations to key stakeholders
- Provide insights that support strategy and planning
- Review project finances, oversee invoices and payment process, report project budget.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience in land and property development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player that thrives in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to take responsibility
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
