**The Opportunity**

You will provide excellent customer service while generating new sales through relationship building, the growth of customer loyalty, and product knowledge In this role, you will accurately cost incoming quotes while providing product options and promotional information in provided targeted timelines. The role will report to the Group Sales Support Supervisor.

Schedule**: Full time, 35 hours a week
- ** Shift**: Variable and dependent on business needs
- ** Business Hours**: Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm
- **Work Location**: Blend of Remote Work and In Office, based on a set schedule

**What **You’ll** Do**:

- Cost and issue daily quotes assigned accurately within 24 hours of receipt using Payload Guidelines
- Administer all aspects of incoming Instant Group Quotes
- Ensure pricing is competitive by researching distribution channels
- Prioritize quotes to maximize conversion
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training

**What **You’ll** Need**:

- Diploma in Travel OR 2 years of work experience in the travel industry is an asset
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience with Microsoft Office
