As the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative, you will be on the front lines, representing the client and providing an upstanding and personal customer experience. You will develop great relationships with some of our most important customers, set and manage service expectations, and constantly be encouraged to create new ways to improve and enhance customer affairs.

Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by using active listening skills to create and provide targeted product recommendations
- Work with the sales support team to follow up with the customer on delivery dates, monthly or quarterly promotional deals, and confirm correct contact information
- Monitor industry customer service and sales trends to increase customer retention
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Partner with other departments to discuss monthly goals, new promotions, and customer acquisition targets
- Partake in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of individual and team progress
- Document customer feedback effectively to improve customer satisfaction
- Accurately record customer information including, but not limited to address, billing information, account package, preferences etc.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and enhance relationships by answering any additional questions that may arise

Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative Skills and Qualities Needed:

- Motivation and drive to gain new skills and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently with little to no supervision
- Professional, friendly, and warm demeanor
- Passion for people and exceeding expectation
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
- Values an exceptional client and consumer experience and is willing to go above and beyond in order to deliver that
- At least 1-2 years in a client representative or customer service type position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.30 per hour
