**Summary** The Osler Bluff Ski Club is looking "ALL MOUNTAIN" Lead instructor / coach to join our team This role will lead and instruct a group of active pre-teens and teenagers interested in skill development on all terrain while being in a social environment. This role will foster a positive learning environment and will provide constructive feedback. The contributions of this role will enhance the experience of our members and promote fun and safety on the hills. The successful individual must be available during weekends and holidays during the winter season. **Requirement**: - CSIA Level 3 or CSIA Level 4. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to work well with others and maintain a high quality, friendly, and cooperative relationship with members, guests and club staff - Strong ability to organize time and prioritize responsibilities; a self starter who takes ownership of the position to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks - Strong work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual - Comfort with social media, AI, video tech and WhatsApp chat group **Job Type**: Seasonal Contract length: 3 months Pay: From $28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
