**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
The Promotions Manager at Blue Mountain Resorts is responsible for driving consumer engagement and increasing awareness of our products through strategic, on-the-ground activation efforts. This role leads the planning and execution of direct marketing initiatives by identifying and securing high-impact locations that align with our target audience. The Promotion Manager oversees a team of two intern activation agents, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful presence at each site.
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing and vetting promotional locations
- Developing and managing activation schedules
- Ensuring all logistics and branded assets are in place for each event.
- Analyzing consumer interaction data
- Tracking campaign performance
- Managing budgets
- Working closely with both internal departments and external partners to deliver compelling, results-driven promotional experiences.
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 3-5 yrs Industry experience of Marketing or Promotions
- Bachelor of Business (BBA)
- Proven leadership ability
- Well-honed Project Management Skills
- Well-developed Interpersonal Skills
- Well organized with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced Environment
