**About the Role**

As Director, Projects and Business Solutions, you will lead the team responsible for the execution of our project portfolio within iA Dealer Services. You’ll be the central point of alignment between business priorities, IT delivery, and enterprise objectives—ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable value.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage the project portfolio, advising senior leadership on priorities aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate on lean business cases and define business objectives and benefits.
- Provide visibility into resource allocation and capacity, managing conflicts and advising on trade-offs.
- Report on project progress and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Represent Dealer Services in program boards and PI planning, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Champion change management and risk mitigation strategies across all initiatives.
- Establish tools to monitor benefits realization and lead post-mortem reviews.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of product owners and business analysts.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**What You Bring**
- A systemic and strategic mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Agile product development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business).
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, product ownership, or leadership roles in financial services.
- Experience in the Dealer industry (an asset).
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
- Ability to travel across Canada 15%-20% of the time
