At Tactical Response you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team of people at some of Ontario's highest profile events.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best in class security service.
- Deliver excellent customer care to our clients and their guests.
- Implement venue and event security processes
- Ensure compliance with standards and venue regulations.
- Appreciate the value of every guest who attends the event.
- Monitor crowd movements and behaviour.
- Flexible working arrangements, select the shifts that work best for you.
- Part-Time/Seasonal hours.

Key requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s security experience
- Hold a Valid Security license, a valid First Aid Cert, a Smart Serve License (or willing to obtain)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Have a passion for working with others to deliver a great event experience.
- The ability to work weekends.
- Ability to work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours.
- Bring a positive welcoming attitude to your role.
- Additional language fluency an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance
Part-time hours: 0-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
