**Responsibilities**
- Lead the team responsible for designing tests for computer peripherals and display products
- Drive technical expertise in computer peripheral and display reviews under your supervision
- Fosters a culture of open feedback, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and goals

**Personality**
- You love conducting research, analyzing, and comparing products, often spending weeks researching before making a purchase
- You are curious, ingenious, and creative
- You are methodical and have good analytical skills
- You are a self-learner who picks up new knowledge quickly and enjoys staying at the cutting edge of technology and developments
- You like helping people
- You have a strong drive, are goal oriented and have good leadership skills

**Qualification/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer, software, etc.) or equivalent background/experiences
- 3-5 years of working experience in engineering or in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Interest and knowledge in computer peripherals and display is a great asset (mice, keyboards, routers, TVs, Monitor, etc)
- Good at using data, evidence, and logical reasoning to formulate project and team goal
- Good at problem solving
- Knowledge of Matlab or Python
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
