**Job Description**:
To fuel our expansion, drive customer engagement, and market success, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Solutions Marketing.
This role will be responsible for managing, promoting and driving adoption of key product features and benefits within our sustainability solution suite.
You will work closely with our product management teams, and field teams to effectively bring new features to market and drive their ongoing adoption.
You will also promote and manage our recognition program on an ongoing basis, to:
- Provide an aspirational goal for our customers
- Recognize our customers who achieve strong sustainability performance
- Monitor usage of our medals program to protect the integrity of the program
- Continually evaluate and evolve use cases for the program
This is a critical impact role that will have high visibility across the company and is a critical role in developing and protecting our brand within the market.
**Your Role is to**:
**Monitor the market and translate insights to actionable inputs**:
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and position our solutions versus the competition
- Listen to customers and share insights, product requirements with product management
- Develop recommendations for the evolution of our recognition program and sustainability solution features
**Write content and develop marketing materials to launch our products and solutions to market and drive adoption**:
- Articulate our value proposition by developing core messaging and positioning
- Develop solutions marketing materials and customer toolkits including: web pages, videos, demos, sales presentations, FAQs, customer guides
**Develop and project manage solutions marketing plans**:
- Develop and project manage go to market strategy with strong support for solution strategy
- Facilitate cross functional marketing plans and activities for solutions with other teams
**Monitor and operationally manage our recognition program**
- Monitor awarding of medals and usage to identify brand risks
- Monitor media mentions to proactively identify potential for brand risk
- Address risks by developing appropriate mitigation strategies and seeing through to implementation
- Address customer misuse as needed
**Promote the recognition program as a key lever for brand recognition**
- Develop customer engagement programs to amplify the medals program
- Identify and develop new use cases for the use of the medals program
As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or masters degree in marketing, business or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions / product marketing or marketing communications in a B2B environment and at least 8 years total experience
- Solid experience crafting succinct and impactful sales & marketing materials. Writing skills are essential.
- Project management experience in a cross functional environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, drive for quality, and ability to deliver results quickly
- Comfortable running multiple projects from brief level through to completion
- Enthusiasm for our solutions, customers and sales team is a must
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce and Pardot a plus); mastery of standard office tools (MS and Google Office)
- Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles
