We are a bakery and urban mill in liberty village with a strong focus on toasts, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. We take premium organic Canadian heritage and ancient grains, stone mill them onsite and use it fresh in our bread that we bake in store daily.

We are looking for a BOH employee to help with food and sandwich prep for our retail counter 4-5 days a week.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Prepping, weighing and portioning ingredients for service such as slicing meats, cheeses, vegetables and preparing sauces according to our in house recipes.
- Assembling breakfast and lunch sandwiches and specials for retail counter.
- Cleaning responsibilities for the prep space and maintaining a clean work environment as well as strict adherence to health and food safety codes.

Previous prep or line cook experience is an asset. Experience with an meat slicer is preferred but not a requirement. This is a fast paced but easygoing environment that requires good communication skills with fellow employees. Please include a cover letter with previous experience or why you would be the right person to train for the role.

Shift times are 7am to approximately 2pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
